ALL CityFolk tickets are digital! You will be emailed a ticket that can be scanned via your phone or printed at home. Tickets will be delivered in a single email, with multiple attachments if you’ve ordered multiple tickets (1 PDF attachment per ticket).
Pre-purchased tickets were sent out on August 1. Beyond this date, tickets are sent immediately after purchase.
NEW FOR 2023: SMS Ticket Delivery
During the first step of the Checkout process, purchasers now have the option to receive ticket delivery via text message (in addition to email).
Patrons who have opted-in will receive an order confirmation SMS notification followed by the Digital Print Pass(es) SMS notification. Both notifications contain links to easily navigate to your order details or passes.
