Our main Lost & Found at the festival is located at the Ticket Help Tent/Box Office, just outside of the Main Gates. Hours are 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM every day of the festival if you are looking for an item lost, or found something onsite.
Please email us info@cityfolkfestival.com with a description of your lost item and we'll check through what we have here.
We will also hold Lost & Found items at the Accessibility/Info Booth inside the gates, during festival hours. Items will then be transferred to the Ticket Help Tent/Box Office at the end of each night.
POST- FESTIVAL: Please contact us with a description of the lost item that you are looking for. We will hold lost & found items in our office until Friday, September 20 at 5:00 PM. After this date and time, all IDs, credit/debit cards, keys, and jewelry will be delivered to Ottawa Police Dept.
All other unclaimed items will be donated to the Society of St. Vincent De Paul.
